Went there with a group of friends supposed to enjoy a fun day with the children, unfortunately due to the strict and confusing term & condition when made booking online, we were told off no refund at all for the mistake with one of the children who is just under 10. We asked to have a voucher to use later... More

Thanks for your feedback including in person at the park and in an email to our Operations Manager. Minimum age requirements are clearly communicated in our brochures, throughout our website,in the Terms and Conditions and at signage at the park. The minimum age is a requirement of our insurance company. You admitted to our staff on the day that you... More

Our kids aged 4 and 7 loved the kids course (for 3-10 year olds). It is set up in such a way that the kids can be pretty independent choosing which courses to try (starting with the easiest). Parents can supervise from the ground. Our 4 year old is not very confident but the staff were *fantastic* in encouraging him... More

We took the hour and half drive from Sydney and headed out for the afternoon to Tree tops. I booked online in advance, which is advisable as it gets booked out and they limit the number of climbers st"at a time. Staff are friendly and helpful and Jay was fantastic with our two kids. The 3 to 9 yr old... More

Thanks for your in depth review! We're really pleased your family enjoyed your TreeTops experience! Thanks also for your kind words about our staff, we will pass those on. Great tips for booking in advance, suitability of the courses, gloves/shoes and bringing food and drink. The reason there is no cafe, food available or permanent toilets is because we operate... This is a fantastic location for a fun day for kids and adults alike. The attraction is set in the Australian bush with a picnic area and a treehouse which can be hired for an extra charge for parties. There is a junior/adult course and a child course for 3-9 year olds. The obstacle courses are varied and challenging. The... More

This was a great day for two teenage boys and a grandfather. The staff were very aware of safety so no worries for the elderly. We all left with a sense of achieving a new level, physically and overcoming confronting fears.

What a day, 2 women 36 & 54. Both scared of heights, both wanting a challenge. What a fantastic memorable day. We booked for the 4 course adventure challenge. We decided to go on a Monday, outside of school holidays so we could do the course at our own pace. It was perfect. Lovely cool day, great instructions that you... More

We originally came to this park for the crazy rider but it was closed so we did the Adventure Park and we weren't disappointed. It ended up being a 2 to 3 hour climb in the treetop canopy through a variety of obstacles and ziplines. We had adults up to 65 years and 4 teenagers, and everyone without exception wants... More

There is no grading or capability assessment and you're forced through the aerial "challenges" in a serial fashion. This means you move at the pace of the slowest group. If you've been there 3 times before as we had, what used to be a 1.5hr visit took 3.5hrs to complete. Most of the time is spent waiting for the group... More

Thanks for your feedback which we have taken on board. All feedback is welcome in order for us to improve. We're sorry your expectations weren't met on your most recent visit. We advertise the adult/junior courses take on average 3 hours to complete. Our website and booking process explains booking earlier morning session times allows for less potential for hold... More
