This is a nice place to visit while at Norah Head. The views are awesome and the beach near the lighthouse is really nice to. The part of the beach the lighthouse is at isnt portrolled but there is a beach to swim at about 2km away. Its really nice to walk along though and it is a nice way... More

IS NORAH HEAD THE MOST TOURIST FRIENDLY SPOT ON THE CENTRAL COAST? Wow gang, the above question is a REAL ask. The Central Coast is not exactly short of great spots for both visitors and locals – but I’m struggling a bit to think of any packing as many interesting spots within a short distance as does NORAH HEAD. I... More

About 1 1/2 hrs north of the northern beaches, it's an easy place to get to for just a couple of days. It's a typical caravan park - the camp sites are a bit bigger than others we've experienced. Great for kids to ride their bikes/scooter around. We decided not to bring much food, so had take away dinner at... More

Great ocean views, beautiful beach and picture perfect light house. The tour closes at 13:30 so must get in there on time. Few safe nearby spots for a sea bath, but should be very careful. No food or drinks so BYO.

What a surprisingly wonderful visit! For just $6 an exceptionally knowledgeable volunteer guide takes you all the way up to the light, stopping along the way to share the history and the features of this beautiful lighthouse. There's also some appropriate and respectful inclusion of Aboriginal history. Possibly the best value experience on the Coast! Consider making a donation or... More

We loved this lighthouse, there are very few lighthouses that you can actually explore in Australia. This one is a must. Beautiful lighthouse with a Greek style design. Chris our volunteer guide was great, answering questions and being very informative on the surrounds. We learnt a lot. Great for kids also. Beautiful views, and we took some great photos.

Beautiful site and views. You can do a really good tour of the light house with a guide. There are a couple of cottages there which you can hire.

At the moment (November 2016) the road between the bottom car park and the lighthouse and top car park is closed off and being resealed. You can only access the lighthouse and see it if you walk through a bush path. The path is all woodchips and is well maintained. But it is uphill and may take you up to... More

We had a great time there! The lighthouse is very well kept and the lookout is brilliant. We took the stairway down to the rocky beach and the kid absolutely loved playing and collecting shells.
