Distillery Botanica is a pleasant little distillery on the Central Coast. The Moores Gin is especially nice, the raspberry and lemon myrtle liqueurs an absolute must!

This was on our todo list before we got to the Central Coast. Worth the visit. Very informative presentation on distillation and a brilliant still layout. Very busy and functional - which I love. They roast their own coffee beans and many of the ingredients...More
