Reclaimed from an airfield used during the Second World War, the Meridiana Wine Estate lies minutes away and just below the city of Mdina (see separate review). The winery’s roots date back just to 1985, when a conversation between a businessman (Mark Miceli-Farrugia) and an...More

This was my first wine tour and tasting. Overall, the facility was small, and the tour was okay. Unfortunately, the language barrier made it tough for our group to understand the tour guide, so, we mostly just walked around and looked at the winery. The...More

Dear Shane, We are sorry about this misunderstanding, however for correctness sake please allow me to clarify. I am surprised you mention the language barrier. The show around and talk is always done in English, which is an international language and I can vouch for...More

My partner and I had the wine tasting and platter experience which was very enjoyable. The lady who showed us round the cellars and told us about the wine the estate produces was very knowledgeable and helpful. Only one thing could have been improved, a...More

Well worth a visit here despite the difficulties in accessing the area if travelling from Sliema or Valetta. I would use an ecab to reach here rather than the multiple bus changes. The tour was brief but detailed. It is not overly complex so is...More

Had a tasting and a platter for 3 that was both enjoyable and relaxing. There is nothing unique to the winery per se, but the courtyard from which we at and drank wine made for a relaxing and fun experience.

Very small winery and excellent tour. Our hostess was gracious and gave a very good presentation. The winery is quite small but is expanding. It is still more of a “mom and pop” operation. We sampled a red and a white wine. Very good and...More

Hi. I really have no idea. There were some prices for wine tasting like 10€ for 5-6 wine glasses and about 15€ for more. Not quite shure.
