Coming up to the beach you may think you are in the Caribbean with the crystal clear blue water and white beach. Whow. If you can stand the cold water jump in and go for a swim. Or just lay inthe sand and soak up...More

I am not a beach person, but this beach is enchantingly beautiful! The view upon the mountains, with the beautiful green water of the sea in front of it, it is truly magical to be here. Definitely a must visit if you are close.

Great beach, with sand an a little flow from the mountain. There is a walking path to Utakleiv Beach, easily accesible and walkable. Sun-downder is wonderful, especially when you reach the beaches from both sides..

Go there and you will get amazed...promise to leave nothing but your footsteps. If you are lucky to be there on a sunny day you will be tempted to go for a swim even if water is always cool! Good chance to see seals and...More

Ok, we are spoiled by huge, dazzling, deserted shell sand beaches at home so perhaps this was why we were underwhelmed by this one. It's nice but not wow.Worth a longish trip just to see it? No. It is however, a white sand beach which makes...More

Locals tell us they swim in it when the sun is out. Locals must be 85% of polar bear extraction. Brrrr. It's a small little cove of sand and clear turquoise water (even on an absolutely miserable day like the day we visited). When life...More

Beautiful area for photography. The colour of the water and the white sand is breathtaking with mountains in the background.

Google search car/campervan/motorhome hire. Pick it up in either Lofotens or the mainland. You can easily put the vehicle on the ferry. If you hire a car, you'll need to find accommodation unless you want to sleep in the... More
