Great locally owned businews. Good lunches, free cheese samples. All cheeses made on site. If you come at the right time, you can watch the cheese being made. Huge variety of great cheeses. A must stop if in Armstong.

Absolutely incredible. Wish we had gone when they were making the cheese. The bakery goods were fantastic! Make sure to check out the end cuts and discounts. The horseradish was my favourite

This store has many varieties of cheese but does not stop there. Many local foods offered and lots to browse through. An interesting store to learn about cheeses not generally known about. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Baked goods especially good.

Best to call the store directly and check. I do not know if they have low salt cheddar. With the large variety they have----I'm sure they can satisfy your need. Good Luck.
