Hi use Annsmartschoool site there are 3 different venues to choose from and the calendar runs for 8 weeks so you will need to search for the Sushi course and may need to be flexible on date. I attended the Sushi course on Saturday and it was as good as the previous 2 I have been to (Italian & Cheese Making) you also learn how to cook 2 other dishes (edamame beans with baby squid and vegetarian ramen) so all Japanese theme. You have a mix of doing and watching which allows everyone to participate and learn the various skills at the same time. Highly recommended!

My husband was given this as a birthday present. The original information was perfect as he’s been making bread for over 40 years. This has been a pig in a poke and we’re extremely angry about the experience held in a Village hall with no suitable cooker, with not enough time. It doesn't say on the original site how many hrs. Had it said two hrs we would have known it wan’t ‘from scratch’. No proper measuring spoons, a so called ‘first time demonstrator’. Soft flour, not strong bread flour!? Were my daughter not expecting I would take this where it belongs. Very very angry husband lesrnt whst not to do, not advanced tips, everyone did a bit of the making but the product wadn’t of course cooked, they tasted ‘ones made earlier’. Now well see if we get tbe recipes. Shan’t waste time complaining on the web site. First groupon experience, and I know many people get rhem as genuine discounts, a friend took me to subway on one recently. Grrrr,
