This is an amazing walk with superb scenery at every turn, and the adventure of passing through many tunnels as part of the climb. You could do the ascent (of around 2500 feet or about 800m) in around 2 hours if you're fit and don't...More

Together wiht my partner we explored the Strada delle 52 Gallery driving from Vicenza to Valli del Pasubio. The last part of the driving is quite tricky as it is a very narrow without a possibility that 2 cars can pass each other. In summer...More

This is a challenging hike through the tunnels with a reward after the 52nd tunnel ... a rifugio with good eats! You can walk back on the road to the parking area. If you really want a fun challenge, consider doing the via ferrata that...More

This is a moderate to difficult hike depending on how good of shape you're in. There are some steep sections even in the tunnels. The day we went Rif Papa was scheduled to be closed but was actually open. A large group had called and...More

This hike takes most fit and properly-equipped (boots, flashlights, water, rain gear, etc.) hikers three hours to get up to Rif Papa and an additional two hours down the Scarubbi Road to return to the trailhead. Add an additional hour if one leaves from Passo...More

This is one of the most amazing and beautiful hikes which can be accomplished in a day, alternatively you can stay overnight in the accommodation at the top of the mountain then return the following day. The 52 Galleries (tunnels) were created by Italian tunnelling...More

Probably it's a bit too late now, but you're not allowed to ride it, for your safety, but more important for hikers' safety. You can ride "Strada degli Scarubi" instead, that leads to Rifugio Papa. Thank you. Fabio.
