I have enjoyed this beach many times. Azure blue water & a snorkelling paradise. Plenty of current across the reef, so jump in the south side of the beach & come out in the centre.. Whether swimming or snorkelling you will love it..

Beach is nice. Difficult to swim. But to stay or go for a walk - just great. A big advantage to us - many good restaurants and nice bars around. Also directly on the beach.

Senggigi beach offers a very sceneric view especially if you drive along the coast. Their view is amazing with crystal clear water! Would never regret it!

Sengigi beach has calm water and nice golden sand but is very busy. There are other really nice beaches slightly north that are much quieter.

Best location in Lombok with lot of luxury hotels as well as reasonable hotels, great beach with sunset view and not to forget the restaurants around.

We came to senggigi because we expected some kind of activity (not necessarily touristy, just local). However there is just nothing in senggigi. Empty beach where you are all the more harassed by local sellers because you're the only one around. And in the street...More

The beach is quite clean probably due to the fact that most of the part of the beach is taken by hotel resorts which clean the beach during the day. But still it is public beach. The water is shallow with some trash (plastic bags,bottles)...More

Pretty empty beach with a bit annoying vendors trying to sell same stuff over and over. Not a white sand bud rather dark due to nearby volcano which also means no sandflies. Southern part is better.

It is busy but much less so than many other tourist areas. Many fewer touts and those that were there were not aggressive
