We arrived in the car park to find a middle-aged man urinating against the sign. Not a great sight and, I guess, not the fault of the zoo. But don't you have cctv? Or security? This is a family attraction. It transpires that this is...More

Hi I visited today but didn't manage to ask anyone why the three grey wolves were in such a small enclosure? Perhaps it was the men working nearby? Or perhaps another reason? Also there only seemed to be one wolf in each of the other enclosures but surely these are pack animals?. We did get talking to a volunteer unfortunately she was very new so was unable to help. We had a good chat to a photographer at the Jaguar enclosure and the falconer who was feeding his birds and spent ages watching the otters playing in front of us, lovely.

it can take about an hour to walk around whole zoo, but I tend to spend lots of time at one enclosure, so you can take as long as you require.

How can you stop serving hot food at 15.00? Aren't people allowed to eat from your menu? Plus you should add the 15.00 cut off to your menu and maybe take the menus off the tables at 15.00.

When I visited recently with a friend we found the selection of meals limited and chose in the end not to eat there at all. It appeared that a lot of families took a packed lunch to eat at the many areas in the grounds.
