To be honest lovely walks and woods, would have more visitors if a play area was set up one swing with all that space a little bit pathetic, and why charge for the car park not the best place to visit but still nice

Plenty of space to roam, good access to many parts with solid gravel paths that are well maintained, with the option to go off these in amongst the trees should you wish to.

I used to love Abbots Wood but the last few times I've visited I've been disgusted by the sheer quantity of dog poo that is strewn around the footpaths and in the woods. Both in bags, and loose on the ground.
