It is great to get off the beaten track and reach these peaceful villages where we try different cheeses made by each farmer and taste the Maltese food and wine. Merill has everything perfectly planned , and we enjoy the experience so much. I would recommend it to my friends.

During this tour, Merill takes you to 3 local cheese farms and workshops where you can experience the process of making of local 'gbejniet' and other cheeses but mostly different types of 'gbejniet'....the day is ended at an amazing orchard at Gnejna where you are served with a typical Maltese ftira and other locally made ingredients that you will taste... Christian organized a great private day tour for our family of nine (age ranging from 18-85 years old) including visit to a cheese maker, winery, bakery, strawberry greenhouse and a lovely oasis where we had lunch with local wines and tasted delicious olive oil. Everyone enjoyed the day a lot and I'm impressed by Christian's dedication to sustainability and ambition... More

There is a reason for the high score. This "attraction" doesn't compare to anything at Malta. Very quiet, you walk around at the farm and get a knowledge of how they do farming in Malta (Guided tour if you like). If you are lucky you might do som olive oil tasting (that was a new one), and get some local... More

We joined this tour with a group of friends. We were pleasantly surprised with the excellent organisation and hospitality of Chris and his wife Jannette. We were taken to an olive grove, a peaceful place with fantastic views , we where given detailed information on olive oil. We also had a tasting of virgin olive oil form olives cultivated in... I presented at a workshop hosted at Tan-Nixxiegħa. It was an excellent location (even if we had to weigh down paperwork to stop it blowing away!). A really nice change to the usual air-conditioned hotel room. The views are stunning, the weather was perfect and the hosting exceptional. After the morning presentation we enjoyed olive oil tasting and a traditional... More

I participated in the Olive grove experience. A very informative and interesting tour. I loved the olive oil tasting and most of all I loved the home-made marmalade. Christian and Jeanette were our hosts and I could not have asked for better hosts. Keep up the good work.
