Visiting this Charcuterie Museum was part ofthe ferraripavarottiland tour. We were a big group and they decided to split us in 2 as the place is small. Whilst the others got the tour of the museum, (which is very modern) we were taken to a nice room where we had some salami/mortadella tasting, both of which tasted delicious. The first group took around 30 minutes to take the tour, by which time, most of our group was bored. When finally it was our turn, the guide barely wanted to do the tour, since it was her 6th visit of the day and since some group members were bored and tired. Bought some items in the limited time I had to visit the shop and cheese is delicious.. but I wish the visit was planned a bit better.

We went here on the 2nd August. It was a great little museum of such an unusual nature. Really interesting information given. The only down point which did make me cross was the issue around the tasting at the end. My partner and I went along with my disabled son who is 6. We paid the extra euros for our tasters to include wine etc but left out sons to be the normal(obviously wine not good for a 6 year old!!). We were directed to the table of upgraded tasters however there were three groups within the party and it was not made clear our sons had been plated with another couples table. My son was devastated to the point he cried and was upset for some of the day he did not have his(although I did give him some of my meats). It was upsetting and very disappointing as my partner did ask the lady and she simply said it was explained - well it wasn't or my son would have had his share to taste!! The platters were delicious, just a shame we paid extra and yet it seemed unfair someone else got our sons share which as mentioned meant many tears and a while to calm him down.
