About
Grant Burge is a proud Barossa winery dedicated to crafting award-winning wines. Planting their roots in the Barossa Valley in 1865, the Burge’s began as a family of devoted vignerons. For five generations, they spent their days toiling the lands, understanding the soil, and from it growing grapes that would become the most luxurious of wines. Today our winemakers make generous wines to inspire generosity in others; to encourage them to share in the giving moment of Grant Burge. The Grant Burge Cellar Door is housed within the historic Meshach Cellar, nestled in the vineyards at the top of Krondorf Road. Boasting panoramic views of the surrounding Barossa Valley, our Cellar Door is a magnificent setting to taste an extensive range of Grant Burge wines.

My friend and i met up in Adelaide to celebrate a milestone birthday. We did a day trip to Barossa and our first stop was Grant Burge. Harriet was our host and we tasted many wines on the tasting sheet and it was a fantastic hour of learning about the wines and tasting the many different wines.
I have always been a fan of Grant Burge and it was really special to go to the cellar door.
Harriet was amazing and along with her colleague "Garry" they were a great team and i would love to return in the future with my husband to taste the wines of Grant Burge.

We are big supporters of the Ink Shiraz from Grant Burge wines and was pleasantly surprised and relieved that we were pointed in the direction of the cellar door. It was a drizzly day, but only enhanced the experience. We had excellent wines, a stunning platter and ensured that we bought wines from the cellar. An absolute must in the Barossa Valley.

I had the pleasure of being one of the first to try the "Lunch at Grant Burge X Barossa Pho", and it was simply incredible.
Great food paired with some really good wine, outstandingly friendly and engaging staff, fantastic views, and exceptional value.
I highly recommend you get along for this lunch - I'll be back.

We had a wonderful afternoon wine tasting with the lovely Jaime. The wines were fantastic, but it was Jaime’s warm and engaging personality that truly made the experience special. Her enthusiasm and knowledge enhanced our visit, and we can’t wait to return - hopefully with Jaime guiding us again!

We spent wonderful Tues morning doing a tasting and being hosted by Jamie. She was so lovely from start to finish and as well as imparting her knowledge about the wine, she made it a relaxed and fun experience. The wines were wonderful, the views beautiful and the staff all very friendly. We would highly recommend a couple of hours here.

A small cellar door in the Barossa Valley with beautiful wines, the favourite on our hop-on-hop-off tour. The Bliss Chocolates paired beautifully with the wines making for a great value not to be missed experience. Highly recommend!

Lovely contemporary tasting room with views over the vineyards. Host was really welcoming, knowledgeable and delivered the tasting professionally with in depth chat about the wines, background and local area. Good wines too.

Well worth the drive, the lovely lady there on Sunday 5th was so friendly and accommodating. She made us a lovely platter, took us through a flight of wines in an enthusiastic and knowledgeable way, admired the beautiful view with us and made us so welcome. On top of this, delicious wines! It may look unassuming but is worth the visit people.

Booked for the Icons of Grant Burge tasting. It was a wonderful experience on a cold and wet day in the Barossa. Jodie was very knowledgeable and made the experience thoroughly enjoyable. We spent a couple of hours learning about Grant Burge wines and left with lighter wallets as we purchased a number of bottles. Great to get free delivery as we were travelling north.

Are there any Winery tours that definitely include your winery as one of the visits?
My husband loves your wines and ,as we live in England, we will only have the one chance to visit. Hilary

If it is just the cellar door, in my opinion, just rock up. Never had an issue doing that.
