This is well worth visiting for a couple of hours. The park is comprised of maze-like trails meandering through bamboo canopies, exotic plants and trees. It is a work of love made by the Belgian-French couple over the past 20+ years.

Decided to check out this place as I often pass this way with tourists. Yes, they have bamboo and other exotic plants on a fairly large area. Great place to while away an hour if you have nothing better to do.More

If you are interested in plants in general and bamboo in particular, this is a lovely place to visit. Peaceful, and demonstrates the microclimate existing around Glengarriff that enables plants to grow well, that are not native to Ireland
