The road is bumpy, full of potholes and there are no signs on the road telling you you are approaching the well. Please fix the road...

It took some doing and a car that was up off the ground to find this. It has the story behind it but they have not made it a historical marker and easy to find. Fun to drive through country to get there.

The "road" has some deep potholes, so a high clearance vehicle would be advantageous. The scenery is beautiful and somewhat remote, and the carved crosses are remarkable.

Very bad road with pot holes to access. Very peaceful place. One of standing stones not accessible due to ditch and field boundaries.

The Well was signposted from the main road but no indication of distance. The road got narrower and narrower and then quite rough. Plenty of potholes which as long as you go really slow can be negotiated in a normal car. However, when you go...More
