Drove atraight past to start with and hunted around as i didnt look twice at the ruins. Right next to the road, badly signposted. However, memorial garden is a nice spot to walk, sit and relax.

This should be earmarked for some upgrading work to reflect its importance as Daniels birthplace. The local council and business people should draw up an action plan to restore it. Indeed it would be a fantastic project for Fexco to throw some money at. It...More

While the structure does not seem much and it isn't in all honesty, but there is a lovely park across the river from it with car park (free) where we have often stopped for a picnic and a stroll.
