I advise, if you can to not just take the tour buses where they slow down and you get a fast snap from far. Theres a car park and publica park with a lake dedicated to him, its scenic and you can see way better....More

Drove atraight past to start with and hunted around as i didnt look twice at the ruins. Right next to the road, badly signposted. However, memorial garden is a nice spot to walk, sit and relax.

While the structure does not seem much and it isn't in all honesty, but there is a lovely park across the river from it with car park (free) where we have often stopped for a picnic and a stroll.
