Love walks to the pier always quite with great views, if your lucky you'll catch the rowers training on the water

We visited to seek more information on the loss of lives here in 1916 when some 'patriots' drove off the road into the sea. We found the place to be very peaceful and relaxing.

I had initial problems finding the Pier, even after expert advice at the Tourist Office as coming from Killorglin driving alone, you need all your attention at the crossroads and he sign faces the other way but people are kind.. A lovely peaceful place indeed...More
