It was amazing tour experience with knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide Emer, who was able to recreate in her story lives of 12th century monks and show intriguing architectural details. Enjoyed it, thank you very much!

To tour the abbey, there is a very inexpensive fee. It is worth paying for. This tour is self-guided. You are given a map with information that is easy to follow.

This stop is worth the small price of admission. You will not spend a lot of time here and it is a short walk from town.
