We visited Enniscrone for 2 days in early May - one of my favourite golf courses ever. A great challenge, very fair and lovely scenery. Some of high dunes look like pyramids! So keep it on the fairway. No hole here can be taken for...More

Played with a society. Course was in excellent condition, especially when you consider the rain that has been falling on it. Great challenge, a little local knowledge helps no end. The Clubhouse was far from fantastic, but then no one is going there for the...More

This course is fantastic, a perfect experience for anyone seeking the joys of true links golf. There is a bit of difficulty, however, so be sure to hire a caddy to guide you around (and actually FIND you lost balls).

We played Enniscrone twice in the same day as the 3rd stop of a 7 course tour of Ireland. Of all the courses we played, this one probably has the most spectacular changes in elevation and some great ocean vistas. There are some crazy blind...More

I think in most golf courses in Ireland caddies are not readily available. As the previous responder said a yardage book will suffice. Enniscrone is a beautiful links course and I am sure you will have a great golfing... More
