My husband and I thought that we were hallucinating, when we spotted a Boeing 767 parked in a field on our right hand side of the road, on our approach to Enniscrone Village! We just had to investigate!! We were very lucky, as we happened to meet the owner David. He is a visionary and will hopefully, open a 'quirky... More

Love enniscrone. Hadn't been here in years. A lot has changed More hotels than I've ever seen and huge houses. There's a new glamping site opening in the next few months. Lots of shops for ice cream and amusements. Quaint little place. Nice local pubs and the beautiful beach to walk or surf on. You can rent wet suits and... More

Enniscrone village is a bit rough around the edges ruined in some way by bad town planning. The Caravan parks destroy the vista's. However, it really has a Magnificent beach and if you have children go there. As with the economic collapse, many places are vacant or for sale. The one shing light is the entrepreneurial endeavours of the local... More

I visited Enniscrone for two nights. Despite the stormy weather on my first day it did not deter me from a return visit in the future 🌞

Gorgeous beach unspoilt view and friendly people-winning combination! It's our favourite short trip away! I can't say enough good things about Enniscrone! The beach speaks for itself miles of clean beach plenty of fresh air and somehow a micro climate to itself-we always seem to get some sunshine! My only concern this visit that a few restaurants seemed to have... More

Stayed in Enniscrone, Co. Sligo for few days with friends. Enniscrone has a lovely beach( such a fabulous amenity to have on your doorstep) two good hotels -The Ocean Sands and the Diamond Coast, both of which serve lovely food, but we were astounded at the town itself. Every second house and business in the center of the town was... More

Stayed in the diamond coast hotel. This wee place is a wee gem...beautiful harbour beautiful sunsets...lovely close community. Not alot going on but what is here is used sensibly. Local councils really could be doing with investing in such we hidden gem to bring it slightly up to date as some areas looking little tired and updated...esp around the beachfront... More
