Caught the bus from Jubilee Pocket to Proserpine at 2:20pm today(7/11/2023), the bus driver was cranky, rude and impatient, no one should have to put up with this.

Booking in advance is a joke. Paid $80 in advance for two return tickets and then saw they were selling the same for $72 when I landed. Then we had to wait a long time for the driver to show up, a/c was on all the time and the door fully opened. What a way to waste energy and polute the environment.

Absolutely disgraceful
Sitting in the sun waiting for the bus that over 30 mins late
Also made me miss my ferry home so had to pay for accommodation for the night

We were trying to ask if we were in bus 860 or not because the bus was late according to the timetable. He did answer at all and ask me to shut and ask for cash. Hope all bad luck to him anyway. That is a curse to him!

Waiting for the bus at 2:15 pm to Proserpine in Airlie Beach today( 17/07/2023) , and the bus didn't turn up until 2:50 pm, the bus should arrive at 2:20 pm , it's late for 40 minutes, and I have to rearrange my appointment ! ! This is not on ! !

Amazing! service from Tim. Without his help we would of missed our flight. Made a.special trip to get us picked up from ferry. So friendly and helpful.

These guys were brilliant; easy to book, on time and super friendly. On arrival in Australia (after a very very long series of flights from the UK) these were a very welcome sight. We even got a great tour guide talk about the local area on the way! Highly recommend.
