Where to start! I had the pleasure of finally being able to visit this magical shop after wanting to go ever since I found out it existed over a year ago. From the moment I walked in, I knew it was going to be hard to leave. The welcome I received from Natalee was heartwarming, she is such a wonderful person and it was lovely to finally meet the lady behind the scenes. The shop its self is full of wonderful items all made by lots of independent small businesses, which makes it so special. You need to take your time looking around as there is so much to see in lots of nooks and crannys. I had to walk around for a second time with a basket as I was taking it all in the first time! I loved everything so much, I bought a haul of goodies! I can't wait to go back again in the near future. I travelled a good few miles to get there and it was totally worth it as Matlock is such a beautiful place. ✨…

A magical brilliant decorated fun filled little shop tucked away in Matlock. Beautifully decorated and filled with fantastic little things. Hand crafted items with hilarious spins on Harry Potter. Take a trip into the little side room and brace yourself. I nearly fell over laughing so much. Really friendly girl serving who was happy to tell all about the origin of this little gem of a shop. Cant wait to go back already when we need t visit Matlock. …

You’ll find this gem of a shop tucked away in a tiny cobbled alley, in the middle of Matlock. I used google maps to find it. I have visited twice and always come away spending more than I intended. The shop is crammed full of beautifully handmade items and tons of Harry Potter goodies. They have the best selection of pin badges by magical artists from around the globe. Everything is querky and perfectly arranged so you don’t miss anything. The icing on the cake is the Weasley’s Ford Anglia Car which is parked right outside the shop - It makes the perfect photo opportunity to remember your visit forever. If you intend on returning to Punnydukes make sure you pick up a Reward Card. You’ll be asked what HP House you’re in (Gryffinboar for me). If you spend £10 or more you’ll be given coloured tokens to pop in your House’s Vase. At the end of the month the tokens are added up and the House with the most tokens get 10% off purchases all month! YAY! I love this shop and can’t recommend it enough. P.S. If you’re looking for mass produced junk, this shop isn’t for you. If you’re looking for a lovely keepsake that you’ll treasure forever, then Punnydukes is right up your street.…
