Stayed two nights with free on site parking between Thursday - Saturday. 2.5 hour drive including traffic from 2 different motorways to get there however, easy to find using sat-nav (windy country roads without street lighting so take extra care when travelling during the dark)....More

We stayed here for our 1st year anniversary from Secret Escapes of which we got an amazing deal. I am quite a snob when it comes to hotels and I would disagree with most of the reviews, although we paid extra for a nicer room...More

We booked in for a spa day and lunch . Very relaxing although the indoor pool was out of commission. The house is beautiful but is in need of some TLC. Very welcoming and comfortable. The food was exceptional. Highly recommend a lunch time visit.

Naturally this is an old building with a lot of atmosphere. Great facilities with indoor and outdoor pools and spa. Excellent restaurant service and superb quality evening meals (masterchef quality). Superb breakfast also included. Very pleasant staff, waters and watresses. Plenty of car parking space.

We stayed in the family room, on the top floor. There are no elevators, so the journey up and down with small children is a good workout. The family room has 2 rooms: 1 very large room with a double bed, sofa and lots of...More

We chose this hotel due to it's closeness of Longleat Safari Park and House. The hotel is quite a grand house but who ever decided the decor got it wrong in our opinion. The decor both in common rooms and bedroom we were in were...More
