This was my 2nd visit to this location in 5 years and I enjoyed every minute of it. The fantastic weather this time around made all the difference and I took full advantage of every photo opportunity. I love the Antrim Coast and a visit...More

Thought it would be worth a visit, it has no roof, just a few walls, very small castle not sure it even had a door

Friday the 28th April having visited Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and then the Giants Causeway, the next stop along the Causeway Coastal Route was Dunluce Castle. It is situated about 4 and a half miles from the Causeway and about 3 miles east of Portrush. Surrounded...More

Like many from Northern Ireland I have passed by here dozens of times on trips elsewhere on the North Coast. This time we decided to stop by and finally see the inside of the place. Parking was adequate and although it was coming up to...More

We never actually drove in or did a tour here. We drove by, in the fog and mist, on a foggy road. I wish we had stopped to walk amongst the ruins. We knew the story of it, which would have made the walk through...More

Dunluce Castle offers a fairly typical castle ruin experience, but on a small scale. The remains are neither very impressive nor expansive. See it if you're already there, but not worth s detour of you're not.

We had seen pictures of Dunluce and wanted to include it on our driving tour of Northern Ireland. However, we didn't expect what a wonderful job they had done with the location. Archaeologists and historians have teamed together and created a wonderful learning opportunity. If...More

Dunluce Castle is one of my favourite places to visit when coming to Ireland. The entry fee was 5 pounds today and despite the 40mph winds we still enjoyed it.

Visited here on a sunny afternoon, the views are amazing. Great history behind the castle and photos are a plenty. Only £5 to get in and here is a small indoor historical site, video room and toilets. Go, you won,t be disappointed.

Hello. Does anyone know whether or not there is wifi at Dunluce castle...perhaps in the tea room?

It was very cold and windy on the day we visited - it certainly would not have wifi at the castle as they are only ruins. Cannot comment on the tea rooms as did not visit. Would suggest you have a look at their website.

We spent about 30 minutes just reveling in the majesty and the history. Then we enjoyed the video inside. Take your time and breathe in the beauty.
I've recently saw an elopement editorial at the castle. Is this possible for a destination wedding? If so who may I contact for additional information? Thank you - Monica
