This unique sea route will take you past iconic maritime locations, historic houses and landmarks, as well as taking you up close to the array of ocean-going vessels laid up at anchor on the upper reaches of the Fal River. You'll cross the third deepest natural harbour in the world when you reach Falmouth with its bustling docks overlooked by two Tudor castles. Snacks, hot refreshments and toilets are available on board and there is also an informative commentary from the boat's skipper.

As we where based in Falmouth it was extremely convenient to use the ferry to St Mawes, Trelissick, Truro . Reasonable prices, very helpful crew, cannot fault them.

the boat trip was very good, however would advise avoid the tea/coffee (not very nice and very expensive). Also getting off at Falmouth is difficult if you do have walking problems (steep and lots of steps). However a great day was had by all.

Lovely day out in Falmouth via Malpass and St Mawes. Terrific value for the length of the trip with an interesting commentary from both Captains. Best value trip I've had for a long time.

We caught the boat at Malpas to go to St Mawes and it was great, informative and liked that you could hop on and off. Very enjoyable.

We used the boat to go to trellis sick (NT). It was a really positive experience. The boat was in good condition and efficiently and politely manned. I got tickets on line, which was easy to do and meant we didn't have to queue for...More

Our trip was just over 1 hour but I guess the actual time depends on conditions etc. I think they operate until end of October. Enjoy !

Hi there, Yes you can. Please see the website for timetable information and ticket offices. In Truro, it's on Town Quay. In Falmouth, it's on Prince of Wales Pier.
