My partner and I called by Devils' bridge on our way home from a day trip to Aberystwyth. Having arrived in Aberystwyth only to find that that the mountain cliff railway is only open at the weekend and the Rheidol Valley steam locomotive did not...More

Great to have an opportunity to visit a historical site in Ceredigion and walk down slippery steps to view the three bridges. Very ancient old, narrow self-operating turnstile to enter requiring muscle power to get in and out of the spectacle. Well worth a visit....More

A strenuous walk down steep steps, giving unparalleled views of the waterfalls. It is strenuous, takes about 1 hour and is only for reasonably fit people. Spectacular.

Thank you for visiting the short walk ( Punchbowl) The good news is that it is only £1 to visit the short walk all year round.

A great work out with some stunning scenery. Devils bridge is really quirky and make sure you etch a carving in the robbers cave.

Love this place. Have been many times, take the steam train from Aberystwyth station, need a good 2 to three hours to walk around the falls, lovely!

It's great to hear that you enjoy revisiting the waterfalls and gorge walk. The place never appears the same twice due to the light and weather and season.

Reading your past reviews it certainly helped taking £ coins. The longer walk was certainly worth £2 per person and going in December we were able to see the waterfalls in their full glory, though the steps were slippy due to the amount of rain...More

Thank you for visiting us at this quiet time of year. I'm glad that you knew to bring £1 coins for the turnstile. Good to hear that you recommend the Hafod hotel for refreshments too.
