Situé au bord de la rivière Cau, à 60km de Hanoi, le village de poterie de Phu Lang conserve une beauté simple et l’ambiance paisible qui existent rarement dans les villages artisanaux au Vietnam actuellement.
Phu Lang est réputé par tous types de vases, des urnes funéraires et certains objets de décoration, bien appréciés par leur rusticité et rugosité. Ici presque toutes les familles font de la poterie et encore à la main. Des fours à bois sont toujours utilisés pour la cuisson malgré que le gaz aie fait son apparition.
Moins commercial que celui de Bat Trang et encore très authentique avec paysage calme et les habitants vraiment sincères, ce village me fait plaire parfaitement et je vous le recommande chaudement.

Làng nghề truyền thống, nhiều gia đình còn giữ lại được cách làm gốm cổ truyền. Thấy thăm quan ở đây còn thích hơn cả đến Bát Tràng.

Bạn nên đến tham quan nơi đây để chiêm ngưỡng các sản phẩm thủ công truyền thống của Việt Nam. Gốm Phù Lãng sẽ khác gốm Bát Tràng, và tất nhiên khác xa gốm của Trung Quốc. Đố các bạn biết sự khác nhau là gì?

Nous avons visité ce charmant petit village de potiers, calme et serein dans la campagne de Hanoi.
La découverte des fabrications est très intéressante, chaque famille à un peu sa spécialité.
Ils travaillent encore de façon rudimentaire, tout à la main.
On découvre leur savoir faire ancestral et c'est très instructif. Ils font de très belles fresques en céramique avec de beaux motifs.
J'aurais aimé en rapporter un morceau mais hélas, il n'y avait rien de disponible !
Les gens sont charmants, nous avons été invités à prendre le thé chez un artisant par une fort sympathique grand-mère !
C'était un beau moment de calme à la rencontre des gens dans leur milieu et de plus on apprend beaucoup, je conseille fortement cet escapade !

When my friend suggested a destination in Bac Ninh, I didn't feel very comfortable. I don't even know this province. But I don't regret this wonderful trip.
Bac Ninh is close to Hanoi, and we decided to go there by car. Phu Lang potter's village is similar to Bat Trang potter's village which I visited before. Phu Lang village is older and a bit old. We visited the houses and tried to make a ceramic product. We have failed! Haha! Making pottery is really difficult, but the people here do it well. They are friendly and skillful.
It is a good tourist destination for families and boyfriends.

Visite du village de la poterie de Phu Lang (Situé dans la région de Bac Ninh aux abords de la rivière Cau). Celui-ci conserve une beauté simple et l’ambiance paisible qui existent rarement dans les villages artisanaux au Vietnam actuellement. Pas de magasins avec des produits exposés à vendre dans la rue. On ne voit non plus des vendeurs-des acheteurs. Les maisons sont nichées dans les ruelles qui serpentent bordées de murs de briques rouges et qui se croisent par fois au carrefour où les jarres sont bien alignés et les bois sont prêts à faire du feu dans les fours. Presque tous les villageois fabriquent des objets "du quotidien" (urnes funéraires, pots de conservation, jarres, etc) en terre cuite vernissée. Les propriétaires vous laissent admirer, avec le sourire, leur travail & production sans problème.
