Dean's Blue Hole is something I have never seen before. It is beautiful & breath- taking. If you visit this place, be sure to bring your snorkel mask so that you can see the beautiful colored fish in the Blue Hole.

Absolutely amazing beach! Not a place to scuba dive. Just gorgeous beach. Make sure you and your family know how to swim before you get close to the hole. There is some current - not strong but dangerous enough to drag you in if you don't know how to swim.

Long Island was our third stop on our 10 day your from Nassau on our 35 contender. We stayed at Stella Maris, rented a car and strapped the paddle board to the roof. With our 2 bahamian Potcake rescues in the car we drove to the blue hole. It's magnificent. We snorkelers, paddle pared and chilled in the beach. There... More

This is a fun thing to do while on Long Island. Long Islands main attraction is the beaches and the water. The blue hole has a nice beach that you walk from right to the blue hole. It is very safe Our group had 4, 6, 7, and 8 year olds and they were swimming all over the hole (with... More

Big Blue Hole, worth to see. A bit scary if you are not a confident swimmer though. If you are up for it you can jump from the cliff. But nice beach.

Beach is excellent around Deans. Take the plunge and snorkel across the blue hole or dive into it. Shallow waters all around it and you can simply relax and soak up the sun and surf.

Deans was cool to see. Jumping off of the cliff was fun even for kids as young as 10. Take some water shoes to climb the rocks to get to the jump off point.

Swimming the blue hole and enjoying the beach is awesome. Saw a guy jump in from the cliff .. We dove around the hole to the deck and swam around the edges

An enjoyable day sight-seeing the island - we stopped at the Blue Hole for a first time experience. We passed the entrance to it from the main road - missed the sign. Road to the site an unpaved adventure - our jeep rental - a good choice. A gorgeous beach and amazing really blue hole :o). It was quite mesmerizing... More
