Spectacular 90m Waterfall
Nov. 2021
We saw the waterfall after heavy rain and it was raging down the cliff face. A beautiful walk and a roaring waterfall; this one should not be missed if you are a great outdoors waterfall lover. Good parking at the start of the short walk to the waterfall. If you are unable to walk one can see the waterfall from the car park.

Beautiful walk
May 2021 • Couples
An easy walk from the car park as a sloping path with a couple of steps when you reach the fall lookout. Well worth visiting.

Tight winding road to reach the access point, all sealed road. A well kept trail leads down to the viewing platform. Is a little steep in some locations. Beautiful scenery on the way down and where the to rivers meet. A great viewing point looking up to where the water pours over lip of rock at the top. Is worth a visit.

Beautiful Ferns
Feb. 2021
Absolutely stunning. Beautiful, serene spot. Easy walk from car park though advise to take your time coming back and use the rest stops. The tree ferns simply blew me away. Breathtaking and so large. On the way back to St Helens stop for a drink at The Pub in the Paddock. Well worth it for the friendly ambiance.

Beautiful, stunning

Glorious walk through rainforest on a well formed, gentle-sloped track to a 90 metre fall, with plenty of water flowing, even in the middle of summer. A must do.

Waterfalls in Tasmania can become like the churches in Europe
Jan. 2021
Waterfalls are quite common - well at least compared to where I come form. This was one of the best we saw during our trip to Tasmania. Worth the walk and reward yourself with a drink at the pub in the paddock or the dairy cafe afterwards.

Must do

An easy, short walk with a fantastic close-up view of the falls at the end. Also a fern forest and mossy streams along the way.

St Columba Waterfall
Dec. 2020
Very pleasant and one of the better walks through rainforest all the way to the very high falls. About 600m one way. Easy walk down, slight incline on the way back. There is a small viewing platform at the end of the walk.
