We visited here from @fanad head light house It is an amazing beach and you will not be disappointed. Space and light in abundance. There’s a little coffee shop if you need a refreshment. Beach is stunning. Just go - you’ll love it.

Even when it's raining this is a lovely place to spend some time. There's nothing nicer than taking a stroll along this beautiful beach.

Good place to walk the dogs on route to Fanad Head lighthouse. You get good views too overlooking the Inishowen peninsular and the dogs enjoyed the walk on the beach.

We visited Fanad Head lighthouse on a grey rainy day with no great expectations, just for something to do. The tour of lighthouse was a wonderful experience. The kids enjoyed climbing the narrow winding staircase to the top and the adults loved hearing the stories...More

Amazing beach totally empty - but it can be windy and a bit chilly! However I can imagine on still sunny day it would be fabulous.
