"Three-way adventure". That was what our guide, Ate Reza, described our way to the zipline: Trecking, sort-of mountain/rock climbing, and of course the Zipline. True enough, we had to walk 915 meters to get to the zipline which travels down to Daraga island. We had to go up, down, up and straight on the sometimes steep steps of the mountain.... More

We had my last birthday party there it was okay. I like a more private venue but that's life I guess. The beach is very nice and the water is very clean there. For an open-air cottage, the price range is 250 pesos to 1000 pesos per day. The open time is mid morning till late at night. Can be... More

So much rubbish laying about. I wish this beach was much tidier, more garbage bins would be great. The City need to look at keeping the beach much cleaner. I found the water clean though and warm. Please City of Calbayog, such a lovely beach and setting - clean up the rubbish laying about on the sand and rocks

They have clear waters over pepper and salt colored sand that stretches far. And if ur with good company, i dont think u will notice the dilapidated cottages with worn out tables that fetch up to 600 pesos per use, the misplaced broken old fence separating the cottages from the sea. Oh yeah, comfort room/shower has no maintenance so i... More

20 minute $2 / person van ride from Grandtours headed toward Allen. They drop you off right at the access road to the beach. The zip line was fun and for $4 each, that's pretty awesome. It doesn't run everyday so check with the Calbayog tourism office (across from the Cathedral) in town to verify. You "hike" a concrete path... More

Gray sands with clear waters. There are small cottages where you can eat and rest if it's too hot to stay under the sun. You can see from here the people riding the zipline.
