Proper manitenance is an urgent need.

It is one of the interesting places in Nay Pyi Taw that draws attention of local and international visitors. It covers important national landmarks reflecting some of historic stories. But it was disappointing to see such a dilapidated scene around.

Go only if you have nothing else to see

This is not really worth the time and money, its a run down old theme park. We paid $10 were given a map there is a tower that shows you over the site, be careful some of the floor sank as I walked on it, on returning to land we were assigned a driver who drove to over the site stopping only when he wanted to, you follow a map of Myanmar with all the culture site showcased, when we came to Yangon he drove straight through not even stopping at the Shwedagon Pagoda. After 1 hour it was back to the entrance & out you go. Only go if you struggling to do something its a 45 minutes drive from the hotel zone.

Go, but manage your expectations
May 2019
I was assigned a tour guide for foreigners who was apparently qualified because she could say "Foreigner". She didn't really seem to understand or speak anything else. It took a bit for her to realize that I wanted to actually stop the buggy and take pictures, then it was fine. The shooting gallery seemed to be the only "ride" functioning, and that was probably for the best.

Do not stop to take pictures of every way out thing you see or you will be there all day long.

Interesting in more ways
Mar. 2019 • Couples
We paid $10 usd as tourists , and was informed that we would get buggy for 1 hour inc

It quirky but fun and interesting , you basically drive all over Myanmar in 1 hour , some areas are under repair and it can be a bit tatty in places but we really enjoyed it , they give u complimentary water in arriving

There is also a sky tower that you can go up in lift and see the whole site

Diff work a look and visit for an hour or so , staff are very friendly

Myanmar in an hour
Dec. 2018 • Family
One of those quaint places to see Myanmar in minature. Probably it is most enjoyable if you have been to some of the regions and you recognise the sites. Amusement rides were empty and did not appear to be working. It takes about 1 hour in a buggy ride. Allow 1 hour drive to get there NPD. There is a nice view from the tower.

Run-down and alive

This is definitely not for everyone but I loved it. Clearly used to be a theme park but all the rides are falling apart. Except the boat ride, which resembles a haunted house with the lights off, but I was so tickled. 14000 kyats entry and i got a buggy which took me around for 1.5hrs. Buggy driver was so enthusiastic about having me take photos I had to oblige. The park is a crazy and algae-covered fibreglass creation, so tacky and so past its time that in some areas its like touring ruins. But its hidden charm is in the village that has actually taken root among the Traditional ___ House mock-ups. Residents carry baskets along the roads and welcome you into their rooms. I loved this place.

Myanmar at a Glance
Aug. 2017 • Solo
It is an interesting place. More for me because I have already visited some of those.

NLG is a huge place. My taxi driver recommended it to me. With USD 10 entrance fee, you get one hour free drive. Unfortunately my tour guide come tempo driver knew only two English words - Yes and No. But as always, Burmese are friendly people and with my broken Burmese I was able to converse. However the management should provide English speaking tour guides. If you don't know Burmese, please insist for English speaking tour guide.

It is a geographical replica of the country. It is 'Myanmar at a Glance'. Replica of important sites are good and brought good memories of the places back to me. Now I know which are the places I must visit in the coming days.

Overall a joyful experience. However I wonder whether I would enjoy it if I was a tourist visiting for a week or so.

Nice View of Everything
Jun. 2016 • Solo
This is an interesting place that has miniatures of all the landmarks in Myanmar, reproduced in miniature. It's nice to see everything in one place and the gardens are very nicely maintained.

The whole country in one mini park
Jul. 2015 • Business
It is about 40 minutes drive to the park and as there is not so much more to do the visit pays off in experiencing the whole country in one landmark garden or park.
Don't expect many tourist there and you have the place for yourself meeting occasional locals. They rent golf cars to drive you around for little money. Take it as walking is less easy to see all.

Myanmar in a capsule

For lack of touristy things in Naypyitaw, I highly recommend dropping by this 400 acre place. It is 45 min by car from Pyinmana. They have mock-up buildings of the attractions of the 14 Divisions & States of the Union of Myanmar. Entrance fee for foreigner is $10. You can tour the place by buggy with a local guide or be adventurous and go on your own with a bike & map. We of course chose the former cause we were pressed for time.
