Spent a few hours here walking the paved trails. These trails would be great for biking as well as for those in wheelchairs or people pushing strollers. They keep it all very nice here. There are birds and other wildlife to see.

Very easy walk and great BBQ place. You can even rent a boat. See some people were fishing and they did catch a few.

Walking, running, biking or just taking in the lagoon atmosphere = this is the place. Many great walks and rides and restaurants at the Narrabeen ends of the park. Terrific and popular.

A well-developed trail for the most part, with boardwalks over creeks and marshes - suitable for walkers, runners, casual bikes. BUT, the weekends are a...More

Some many place to stop an enjoy. Take a long walk , run or bike ride right around or just picnic at one of many spots. There are playgrounds for the kids, ducks to feed kayaks to rent & cafes to eat at.

Yes you can take your dog with you provided it is on a leash a tall times and you clean up after your dog should it take a 'comfort' break whilst on your walk.
