The park is quite large, and once you are in the middle of it it's easy to forget you're in the middle of the city. You can hire bikes, walk around, and get peddle boata for the lake. There are a few things around the perimeter like a mini zoo with meerkats, and some gardens too. A good place for... More

Yeouido Hangang Park is usually the park that comes to mind when one thinks of parks in Seoul for viewing cherry blossoms, but Ilsan Lake Park was surprisingly a much more pleasant and relaxing experience! We enjoyed the experience of visiting a park with locals rather than a park filled with tourists.

My husband and I went here with our dogs. (Choccie Lab and Jack Russell flown with us from England). Obviously all dogs have to be on leads but they met plenty of others en route. Lots of cyclists and walkers. We visited the Cactus Exhibition and thoroughly enjoyed that. Watched the Koi from the bridges and soaked up the sun.... More

This place is suitable for local people, not travelers. The lake is artificial. I would recommend you to go to Han river park because here there are fewer entertainments.

Lake Park is very nice. It is a beautiful park that is very big and clean. I've been there many times. It is a nice place to go running or ride a bike. There are lots of events there too -- fireworks and concerts. There are beautiful fountains and you can just experience fresh air and a clean park and... More

Lots of visitors come to Korea to visit the parks made famous by Korean dramas, not knowing that most of them are filmed here in Ilsan Lake Park. It has a large manmade lake at one end, a large rose garden, a large cactus greenhouse, and traditional Korean gardens at the north end. It has jogging and bike lanes around... More

No matter how often I come to Lake Park, I'm always finding something new or rediscovering something I forgot about. There's so much there. And it's well constructed so the space if used efficiently to fit in lots of different parts. Whether it's the lawn on the banks, the big central plaza, the island with the traditional Korean pavillio, the... More

This is a very nice park where you can walk, run, use your bike to go around the beautiful lake. Many trees, places for children to play and bathrooms to use

I've been here several times. The park is next to a big shopping mall where you can rent bikes and go around the lake. There is two rubber paths, one for people running/walking and one for bikes. It's a great escape from the busy streets of Ilsan and Seoul. I was surprised to see that it is also very alive... More
