This was my first SUP lesson and experience and thanks to Carl, it definitely won’t be the last. He is an excellent teacher and makes you feel at ease and confident throughout the lesson. The weather wasn’t great but Carl’s instructions and encouragement, not only helped me paddle with ease but also made it enjoyable. I would highly recommend his lesson to anyone who is keen on giving SUP a go. Paddle boards available for hire are also great quality and provide great stability especially when there’s a bit of wind.

I've booked a SUP private lesson for my daughter with Karl. I highly recommend booking a private lesson with Karl if you'd like to learn how to use the board, get on it, balance and more. 1 hour private was enough for my daughter to gain confidence and have ultimate fun on the paddle board. I've hired a kayak board myself and that was also an amazing experience. We kept rehiring the boards during our stay and extending the time of hire. Water was calm and perfect for families, all ages, any fitness level is fine ( even if you're unfit, you can use the kayak and paddle board!). Highly recommend it. Karl will support you and guide you, so you don't need to worry.

I had so much fun on the stand-up paddleboards! Karl the business owner was very warm, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The location is absolutely perfect for paddleboarding, with calm waters and stunning views all around.
Karl's passion for paddle boarding really shines through in the way he explains techniques and makes sure everyone is having a safe and great time. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for fun and relaxing adventure at Ettalong Beach! Many Thanks, Kim 😊

I have always wanted to paddle board, even though I am not a ‘water person’.
However, today was the day!
While walking along the beach I had previously listened to Karl, the instructor, teaching others and liked what I heard.
Karl is kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional! I actually stood up by the end of my first lesson - with confidence!! I’ve also learned so much about the tides and how to keep safe on the water.
I cannot believe how much I enjoyed myself…
I highly recommend Karl as an instructor and say to anyone, even if you don’t feel
completely comfortable with you fitness level - go for it - try paddle boarding!!

A Sunday morning birthday SUP yoga journey was like adding a splash of adventure to the soul, the gentle lap of water beneath and the open sky above, brought a playful challenge and a sense of connection to nature. The occasional wobble and the laughter added to the fun, reminding us not to take life too seriously. Karl, was a relaxed fun balanced SUP instructor. The girls are eagerly anticipating our next session on the water. Michelle and Kim😊🧘♀️

We had a fantastic time on the water. It was our family’s first time doing SUP and booked a lesson with Karl. He was patient and passionate and we were all standing up and paddling in no time. The beach where they operate from is calm and shallow which is perfect for beginners. Highly recommend a lesson for anyone who hasn’t done it before. We look forward to doing this again soon. Thanks Karl for a great morning out on the water!

It was my first time and I was very nervous. Karl was amazing and helped me to learn how to paddle board. Karl clearly is an expert and can support beginners through advanced with his knowledge. I highly recommend you try a lesson or rent a paddle board. Karl will be kind and patient if you need that support like I did. I will be back !

Absolutely amazing time! Excellent service, the boards were great, the instruction was easy to follow and the instructor answered all questions clearly. Everyone had an amazing time as a result (there were first timers on the boards), the only thing we regret is not booking a longer session!

Took my two daughters and their friends for a SUP with Karl. This was a great experience and a great way of having them spend time off their screens be getting active. They all loved it. A great way to spend 90 minutes.
