We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It is a beautiful spot to cruise along and have a chat. The views of the sun shining of the lake and the surrounding suburbs make it worthwhile. The Long Jetty is stunning to get out too as well. I would recommend it to anyone from Long Jetty to The Entrance and Long Jetty to Killarney Vale.

Nice little picnic shelters by the lakes-edge - easy to set-up the laptop and work whilst glancing out across the lake.. A nice walking path goes a very long way from the Entrance south past Long Jetty (and THE Long Jetty).. Clearly being looked after well by the council, grass cutting and built-up seaweed removal from the lakes edge (removing vegetation that would otherwise rot and spoil the eco-system).. Marsh areas kept intact. Really very pleasant and the sunset whilst standing at the end of the jetty is wonderful...

My husband wanted to walk both of the long jetties on the foreshore. It was a cold and blustery day but we did it anyway. A lovely spot for an afternoon walk.

Long Jetty has two excellent jetties, with the longer one near the old canoe shack. Worth checking out for sure.

Jetty is quite long into the water.... its not fenced off, only one side has railings so some people may have fears of walking all the way out. But it's actually safe.

Nice photo op. Didn't go during sunset or sunrise- i would think it would have been pretty.

Nothing really to do in the area. A small park nearby. Its a quick visit and go.

Take a walk along the foreshorw or ride a bike. It is quiet relaxing and beautiful. Find a spot for picnic with the family or head down to Long Jetty for a paddle or swim

Since moving to Long Jetty, this has become one of my favorite walks. There is always an abundance of wildlife to enjoy looking at as Tuggerah lakes is home to a wide variety of birds, from ducks to swans, kookaburras and magpies to pelicans.
Many tourists enjoy the natural beauty of this lake walk, which makes me happy because I feel like I'm on holidays every day.
The sunsets are most spectacular across the lake and everyday many people are snapping away with their phones and cameras to get the perfect sunset shot (including me).
Dogs are allowed there on leash.
There are BBQ areas scattered along the length of the walk.
