A wonderful little village surrounded by mountains makes Sass Fee a little gem. If you aren't into skiing there are lots of fabulous winter walks. For experienced skiers you may find a long weekend is all you need. The range of runs is limited and the lift systems are outdated and slow. However, neither of these have stopped us going... More

Saas Fee is gorgeous; very posh, quiet, relaxing, with good food & beverage and breathtaking views from all over the village. At 1,800 M Altitude you breath nothing but fresh air and skiing from Allalin (3,500 M) is absolutely superb however: the slopes are not for beginners and after lunch time, they tend to develop a lot of bumps, which... We've been to Saas Fee 3 times now and have always had a great time. It's a fairly small resort that's family friendly and well run. The snow has always been good and whilst small, there is a good selection of runs. The views are amazing and the locals are friendly

We arrived the same time winter arrived in Saas fee----whilst there was lots of snow over the week it was not good for skiing. Too many lifts closed and I only got to the top of the mountain once in six days of skiing---poor and not value for money. Also one of our party was a beginner and the number... More

Saas Fee is known for being snow-sure, but that doesn't mean that here's always plenty of skiing. If it's windy or there's been a lot of snow, many of the lifts don't operate. This can be very frustrating and it helps to have a smart phone to keep track of what's open. Having said that, it's a picturesque resort, ideal... More

We had the best time here in Saas Fee! Car - free village. All year round 100% snow! In the morning too croudy at the elevators because (my opinion) the elevators are to old and not big enough for al the people. Nice restaurants, nice shops en very shop friendly streets. Friendly people and the whole village feels "green"... 0... More

This is our 1st visit to Saas Fee and whilst it is a quaint village with friendly people the ski resort is a disappointment. There is very limited runs of which 50 percent were not opened. The cost of a lift pass is so much higher than the rest of the Alps for a lot less facilities. If you dont... More

Greatly mai rained slopes, plenty of facilities to rent your equipment if you don't own one, fast moving, serviced lifts and gondolas, and lots of runs for every ski or snowboarding ability. Plenty of off-piste and little and big jumps opportunities too. We saw plenty of skiing and snowboarding schools too, and little kids around, but never had any problem... More

Having skied in Saas Fee for years, we need not to ski anywhere else as the resort caters for all ages, ski abilities and tastes. The Saas- Fee village folk are very friendly and helpful and the resort is lively. Highly recommended.

Plenty of snow to keep us happy, both on the nursery slopes and from the Allalin Restaurant. Not too busy for the time of year.
