Through a porche you walk into a world of silence. What must have been a joy to live here. Inside the restaurant you can study how the buildings were many years ago. Well kept.

Stop and walk these ruins of the 12th Century church. The gardens offer walkways with dams and the graves of nuns that served at the monastery when still active. There is a restaurant on the grounds.

This ruin is worth while visiting: located in a beautful old park, guided by very good explanations of the former impressive monastery of Cistercians. From there you also can make walks across the "Siebengebirge"
