To see the church sneak up on you in the middle of a glacial lake is surreal to say the least - you must do the boat ride on the lake

Not the best of days, due to the rain, but still a worthwhile trip to the lake. Beautiful scenery and very peaceful. Some hiking trails for those who want to spend 2-3 hours, just don't miss the last boat back!

Get down at the last stop - Salet. You can go walking to Obersee. Hike. And then get back to the pier. Make sure you start early. The ticket counter is crowded and the last boat leaves sometime between 16:00-18:00
