We got to Yardenit before all the tour buses arrived and it was perfect. The gift shop has a lot of nice souvenirs. When we walked out to the Jordan river we went to the right where there was a couple of benches. This was...More
This is a wonderful and unique place to experience your baptism or rededication in a biblical and historical site. You may rent or purchase your baptismal gown and restrooms are conveniently located for changing. There is also a gift shop and a fruit and juice...More
This was a pleasing and picturesque site that is very meaningful to the Christian Pilgrims. We saw many people being baptized while we were there. It was nice that they could have this experience under supervision and professional management. The spot is not too far...More

This beautiful, quiet spot on the Jordan River is the perfect place for a baptism or rededication. Bring your own pastor, or they provide one. They also provide a towel and robe and showers. Bring your own soap, shampoo and hair dryer.

Dear Cynthia, thank you so much for your interest in our site. As people mentioned here many tours that go to the Sea of Galilee are stopping here.. For a fact I think all of them stop here. Now there are groups here that come with a Pastor and they are always happy to help.. However, if you wish to secure a local Pastor to meet with you here, it is also possible. All you need to do is write us and we will be happy to email you a complete list of local Pastors who can come and meet with you. Have a great 2018
