Nice views over Quebec with 2 short films to see too. A bit far out from the old town but still views are ok. Not a must see

The Tower offers a 360 view of the north-eastern point of the island, looking out towards the St Lawrence. A good workout if you need to stretch your legs after long drives, and offers a bit of history on the island itself. Good for photo...More

It is a nice spot... and a good idea to give you such a beautiful point of view, but the tower is getting old. They should also look into getting rid of the potato shack; it smells the old grease from miles around and breaks...More

Great place to stop and walk the wooden stairs to the top of this observation tower. Bring your jacket; gets mighty cold up there even in June.

This looks like a nice spot to visit in the summer time. But we were there in winter and it was cold and windy. Tower was closed and snow was deep. Looks like a good sledding spot. (Snowmobile)
