Had an 8 year old's birthday party here. Booked 1.5 hours plus sausage and chips. Party was excellent and was loved by kids and adults. Food was good and staff were really helpful and friendly. We would definitely book again. It is a 'live' paintball area so be prepared to wait to be escorted and sometimes wait to move from area to area - we were warned about this so it wasn't a problem and it is to avoid you getting paintballed so we were happy with that. Overall, loved it. Thank you.

We came here last Sunday as a group of 12 friends. Booking process was really smooth and location was good. We booked 700 paintballs each for the day which turned out to be optimal and great value for money. Overall, we had loads of fun. Staff were generally very accommodating especially our marshall Richie which was super friendly while staying professional. Thank you to him!! If I could point out 2 things to improve however: 1. The quality and complexity of the maps. Having been to many other paintballs, the maps here all felt very similar and the game types could’ve been more exciting. 2. « Free hot Lunch » a tiny bit more effort would’ve really been appreciated as 1 small sausage and fries came out a bit short. Despite that, I’m still giving 5 stars as our group had a wonderful day.

We organised a joint 10th birthday party for 21 children to do laser combat at £20 per head to include sausage & chips. The organisers were both friendly. There were other adults there doing paint balling when we arrived and towards the end of our session. Safety was definitely a priority, as we were unable to leave for 20 minutes whilst they continued their paint balling game. The children enjoyed the session. From a parent point of view, there were a few niggles. The postcode is not wholly accurate, so we had a few parents getting lost ( we were not informed the company was called Crackshots, we thought it was Exeter laser tag as per the website). The signage says free tea & coffee. The website says £1. Either way, the urn was broken and there were no hot drinks available. Despite emailing beforehand to check there was tea/coffee (reply after the event!), this was disappointing for parents waiting for 2 hours. We were promised free face painting and camouflage overalls as part of the package. Neither was offered, which was a shame. The organisers were busy with the other group, to ask. With regards to the food, a flimsy plate with 1 sausage and some chips. Not great, but fine. Cutlery and ketchup etc should have been provided on the tables. Ketchup had run out. Maybe wet wipes for grubby hands could be offered. Unlimited squash as part of the package, but there was one. The organisers did offer the kids to choose a can/bottle of water instead. Just seemed a little disorganised and when we paid £440+ for 2 hours.

Took a church youth group of 24 kids from Plymouth out for the afternoon. Really impressed with the organisation, facilities and attitude of the team at the centre. Great fun with a variety of scenarios for the youngsters (and adults) to enjoy. Remember to bring boots and possibly a change of clothes, as lots of mud, particularly on the paths around the site. We played laser tag and also had a bit of paintball target shooting to finish the day off.
