A pleasant cruise along the Petit Rhone in an old tug masquerading as a paddle steamer, but great fun nonetheless . We were not packed in like sardines as on some of the newer, flashier boats that go the same route. It was a bit contrived in that some black bulls and white horses were driven to the water's edge... We're on holiday with ages ranging from 16 - 80 so the fact that everyone enjoyed this boat trip was a bonus. Fortunately we arrived just as the trip was about to depart so no waiting around. There is a big car parks plenty of space. The trip lasted 90 mins and although some of it was staged ie some... More

we seen a lot of birds and the tour also include the presentation of a "manade" managed by a gardian on her horse. we have enjoyed their table to picknik before the boat trip.

On the plus side the bust is comfortable and the prices reasonable but the landscape is flat and doesn't change that much so 90 minutes was too much. It's also a little bit false. The herder brings the Bulls to see the boat. And later a few bulls on the other side of the river come to get their hay... More

Even if i had been many times to Camargue being originally from Provence, it was a lovely experience. That boat unlike most others is outside the city, with a parking in front, with direct access to the Petit Rhone, so you are right on the spot from the get go. The boat itself is really lovely, and old paddle steamer... More

1 hour 30 minutes gentle tour of the Camagues. Saw the bulls and horses, somewhat stage managed but fun. Many Egrets and Herons also a couple of Buzzards. Maybe a bit too long for young children but a good way to see the heart of the water way.

We were excited by the potential to view the Camargue from a boat, but frankly this was much less fun than just driving around all the beautiful cities in Provence. To be fair it was off-season (October) but a beautiful fall day. Only a few birds were around, all common. We did not see the famous flamingos of the area... More

Overall, a nice experience, don't expect to see a lot of species, most of the birds we saw are very common. In the middle if the trip there is a nice attraction where they bring Camargue horses and bulls with a traditional keeper to a feeding site on the river shore - good photo opportunity to capture running horses -...
