My wife and I walked to Cap Taillat from Escalet Beach. It was an awesome walk, with fantastic views of the water. Along the way from Escalet there are several places to stop, and some people took advantage of some more secluded cove areas to...More

This is an amazing place just few kilometers south of St Tropez. In stark contrast to the overbuilt, over-luxurious and over-crowded rest of the peninsula, this is a quite remote beach in a protected area where you will find only few tourists and sailboats. In...More

Its a "long" beautiful walk where you can see natures best sides, clear blue see, green hills full of olive trees and cork trees.

Easy access if you park at Escalet and take the upper path (the path on the rocks is longer). After just a few minutes from Escalet (15mins) you reach a nice cove and beach, you have great views from the top of Taillat "hill".

Sight are best in the region. Must see, but prepare for long walking. So better without heavy stuff.
