this market is supposed to be on every day, however some days it is only 10 stalls, others 30 or more

This market has all the usual tat you would expect to see at any outdoor market but the fruit and veg is superb quality. Most of it is locally grown. There is a nice friendly atmosphere and plenty of parking nearby. Definitely worth a visit...More

just returned to our holiday apparent, after shopping at St John De Monts Open Market, what a great place. Friendly store holders, even with our very basic french. Wine, bread, olives, tomatoes, fish and sausages approx. €20 spent, this will be a daily visit.
