A good place to visit for Laval history. It also hosts some interesting exhibitions. The staff are helpful and there are good vistas of Laval from the grounds.

This fortification is great to look at just from the outside. Once inside go right up to the top of the donjon and you'll find a wooden framework. This is the only one of its kind in all of France and only one of three...More

Located in the centre of town is easily accessible. Reasonable priced and free for children. The visit gives you a brief, interesting and accurate inside of the history of the castle and the city. Pleasant views from top windows. Nice small herb garden outside.
