The best thing of this small cathedral was its free entry. It was not over ornate or covered in golden paint and marble, it's interior was simple and quite pleasant. But it has not got any strong characters either. Just another town cathedral.

Lovely cathedral with stunning stained glass and many beautiful small chapels. A real place of worship that isn't touristy despite the tourists. A lot of information in English which is a great help. Well worth a trip to see.

Whilst walking around the insides of this rampart we found this Cathedral and took the children inside (First time inside any typeof church) They were amazed and stunned when they went inside, they couldn't understand why it was so quiet and how high the roof was. They loved it.

This cathedral in the ancient Vanne medieval center is very large, as usual for these time, but its doorway the most impressive I ever seen.

The first building dates from 1020, and it was rebuilt in Romanesque style in the 13th century. From that period is the tower next to the cathedral which was constructed between the 15th and 19the century in Gothic style. It is a very interesting piece of architecture stuck between the buildings.
