My wife and I visit France every autumn. This time we decided to visit the coast of Pink granite in Brittany. I think Cape Fréhel is one of the places that must be visited. To the Cape is a convenient road that passes by several...More

Being as close as it is to the Fort la Latte, the Cap Fréhel must get a lot of passing trade as the car park is large. There is an enormous modern lighthouse built right next to it. Next to that is another, older one....More

I recently took my roadbike to get to and from Cap Frehel. Combined with superb weather that was a great match for me.

This is a favourite place. the headland is very beautiful, especially if you go when the golden gorse and heather are in flower. There are walks along the headland as well as buy the lighthouse. Its great!

This is well worth a stop when traveling through this area. We planned a coastal route to stop here on our way to Mont St Michel and are glad we did.

Worth a visit beautiful view of scenic Brittany and a lighthouse which offers a nice view. Unfortunately this place is well known and often crowded by tourists. Go early if you want to enjoy the surroundings.

Beautiful cliff-top stroll along the peninsula to see the pink sandstone cliffs of the Cotes-d'Armor. You have to pay a small fee to park at the lighthouse near the tip of the headland, but it is large and there are toilets. It is a lovely...More

If it's dry, it could be ok but would be rather bumpy! If you've got a pushchair with the larger wheels on, that would be better than a small buggy.
