The trekking paths south of the Spoleto aqueduct are at times steep but otherwise easy to walk. It's well worth the hike because the views of the fortress, aqueduct and Spoleto valley are fantastic.

A great way to get some exercise and at the same time see breath taking views of the aquaduct/bridge. Not too difficult of a hike, but I wouldn't recommend flip flops.

Walking or jogging was just heavenly to the sound of cuckoos and other birds, and the views were simply outstanding.

though it is a wonderful place to hike, you must have good hiking shoes or sneakers. It gets a little rocky at times and you need a good base.
